Vegan Quinoa Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
5 cups of Pride of India White Quinoa Flour
5 cup of Pride of India Whole Black chia seeds
1 cup of Pride of India Coconut Sugar
2 medium-sized Bananas
5 cup of Vegan Butter
5 teaspoons of Pride of India Arrowroot Powder
5 teaspoon of Pride of India Cinnamon Powder
Instructions:
1.Sieve quinoa flour and arrowroot powder together and keep it aside.
2.Mix vegan butter, coconut sugar, and bananas thoroughly.
3.Beat it well for 4 minutes.
4.Add the quinoa flour, whole black chia seeds,and arrowroot powder.
5.Mix and add cinnamon powder.
6.Blend again and pour the mixture into a microwave-safe container of the desired shape.
7.Bake for 4-5 minutes at 120 degrees Celsius in a 600W microwave.
8.Let it cool down and then spread the icing cream on it equally with loads of love.
